Ensuring more profit to Farmers

Information Technology can bring prosperity to farmers by implementing multilevel crop trading with a profit-sharing mechanism. Besides benefiting the farmer who produced it, all the middlemen who were involved in the early trading of the crop, it has many other advantages e.g. Cashless Transaction, Minimizing the transportation and storage cost with zero loadings on the farmers, Ensuring the availability of Good quality seed, urea, irrigation, etc. to farmers with minimum cost (maybe subsidized), Easy Loan sanctioning to farmers and middlemen, etc.

The Framework
All vendors and farmers (may use Gram Panchayats/NGOs) need to register themselves with MPU (AADHAR no. may be used as identity number for all individuals). The farmer needs to declare the quantity and quality of the crop available with him. The vendor ‘X’ may hire an appropriate vehicle and move on a specific route to procure the crops from the farmers on the minimum price or above. The vendor X needs to log into MPU and fill the voucher containing information like the registration number of farmers, the quantity and quality of crop purchased from him, and the optional feature of collecting and uploading biometric data as well for counter authentication. The application running at MPU will transfer the appropriate fund from the vendor's bank account to the farmer's bank account (no cash transaction). Vendor X will store the crops in an appropriate storage house and update this storage information on the MPU. Whenever vendor X sells it to vendor 'Y', then Y should enter the trading details for the online transfer of funds. The application running at MPU will use the appropriate algorithm for calculating the shares of the profit among X and all the farmers from whom X had bought this crop. The MPU will accordingly issue instructions to respective banks for transferring funds from the account of Y to X and these groups of farmers. A similar cycle should be repeated at the time of each trading i.e. whenever Y sells it to Z then along with Y the vendor X and these farmers should again automatically get their part of the profit. Thus, each trading should generate some bonus for each member of the chain (including the farmers) until the crop is finally consumed by the end-user. In all intermediate trading, transportation is not needed. Just MPU updates the ownership of crops in various storages which is a huge saving.

Other Benefits
1. Storage house owners, Seed, urea, medicine vendors, irrigation service providers, etc. people may also register at MPU, and their services may be hired by farmers/vendors.
2. Banks may look into the profiles of various farmers/vendors and take the decision on loan amounts.
3. Small Applications may be created and all needful services may be provided over mobile networks using standard mobile phones.

Measurement of Consciousness

The literature has a lot of stuff which indicate that different persons/species have different level of consciousness, but there is no straight forward answer of the question, 'what should be the attributes for measuring the consciousness?' The meditation technique as available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZHGvj6wnHI is suggesting some clues to move forward and develop a framework for quantifying the level of consciousness as a vector in the 5-dimensional space. These dimensions may be defined as  Ojas (enthusiasm, passion etc. ),  Tejas (Bravery, talent etc.), Pragya (Wisdom, balance, etc.), Varchas (determination, faith, tenderness, etc.) and Kanti (peace, happiness etc.). All of the above dimensions/attributes can be easily experienced but there is no scientifically established technique for quantifying them. Whenever science deliver the technique for measurement of above attributes it will bring a great change in the way we think and the way we work. It will enable precise (perhaps unique too) measurement of the length and direction of the 5-dimensional consciousness vector of all living beings. Intuitively, enhancing the length of the consciousness vector will become the only task of the human life, everything else will be treated as supporting activities for retaining the body, without which the consciousness cannot act.
At different point of time various persons developed simple algorithms like meditation, yoga, namaz, prayer, bhajankarmayoga etc. and asked the ordinary people to use these techniques for enhancing their consciousness vector length and fine tuning its direction. Such persons themselves possessed very high level of consciousness, thus, they got recognition as the messengers of GOD. The collection of algorithms defined by these persons gave birth to various religions. Unfortunately, over the time the consciousness vectors of their disciple fell too short to truly understand and explain these algorithms to their followers, thus, knowingly or unknowingly such disciples distorted the basic principles and/or added misguiding rituals with respective religion. These suboptimal rituals have ruined all religions which has created a threat to the existence of human and humanity. May the experts of all religions should use science as a tool for ratifying the core principles of their religion, striking off the ruined practices/rituals and making a better world.
Some research has already been started on scientific evaluation/validation of various religious practices but it requires more attention of the research community. We must find if there is something hidden in various mythological stories, representations of God(s), meditation techniques, etc. How can it be used for benefiting the human being and the world?

Quality education for all human

Delivering 'Problem-Solvers' to the world, Continuous upgradation of the average level of knowledge and skills of the society, Providing fair opportunities of learning to all human empowering them to live happily and to contribute something for the welfare of the humanity are the main objectives of an education system. The evaluation of current schooling and university education systems on these parameters puts a big question mark on the fundamental principles, objectives, methodology and other aspects of these systems. Though, the performance of a few premier schools, universities and institutes are comparatively better, but good quality intake in these institutes is the primary reason behind it. Nevertheless, the limited capability of serving a small group of students and unfeasible replication are the main drawback of these models which rule out its prospects of becoming a system for ensuring quality education for all human.
Looking into known Indian history, the success stories of Chandragupta Mourya, Shivaji, Swami Vivekananda, etc. illustrates the capabilities of ancient Indian education system and the importance of Guru-Shishya relationship. The famous saying of Sant Kabir further underlines it. Well defined end points, blind devotion and faith of shishyas, extraordinary gurus who used to develop the customized course of training stretched over a long period of their association, are some of the interesting features of this system. Very poor scalability and 'Chicken-Egg' kind of problem in finding Gurus and Shishyas of aforementioned qualities restrict switching back to this education system too.
We are now compelled to think afresh. I wonder, if a uniform framework of education for all human in the world can be developed. It should make available all resources for educating all human, irrespective of their geographical location, language and GDP of their countries. I am surely talking about something much beyond the online courses/workshops, distance education, video lectures, virtual labs or other such available technologies. May the best brains of the world raise themselves above the nationalism, start thinking 'out of box' and deliver a new framework for educating the children, young and old people of the world in near future.

You deserve little more

'You deserve little more', is indeed a mantra which has the power of producing tremendous motivation. It generates great bindings of love, respect and faith. Highest level of honesty, analytic power, confidence and right emotions are needed in effectively using this mantra for energizing others. Also, the individuals at receiving end need courage to act and get benefited. If you never experienced it, then it is surely a call for introspection. However, in the current era, selfish persons may misuse this mantra for personal gains, some people may adopt the greedy approach and other such aspects require the wisdom for identifying the right call. In any case, the number of people possessing the opinion, 'he deserves little more' about a person surely reflects his current performance and capabilities.
I am still trying to learn the skills of using this mantra on others, but on the receiving side and at different stages of life, I have experienced it several times. Tough livelihood during upbringing, the struggling college days, challenging initial years of employment and beyond, whenever I gave up, a different set of people told me, 'you deserve little more'. Each time it triggered a new cycle of raising the bar little higher, preparing hard and keeping perseverance till success. I now understand that the life is just a collection of such cycles. The ability of quickly completing the current cycle and enhancing the number of quality well-wishers enable a person to undertake proportionally more number of such cycles in his life span. The carrier graphs of the individuals surely reflect this proportion. Some extraordinary persons are capable of simultaneously handling several such cycles and/or adding extra attributes in each of these cycles. I wonder, if a mechanism can be developed for rating the life of a person by appropriately weighing all such cycles undertaken by him in his lifetime.
All parents, siblings, true friends, relatives, teachers and colleagues should develop the skill of stating, 'You deserve little more' in most unbiased way. Though, it consumes a lot of energy and time, but this is the best gift what everyone can give to his beloved.
